We have been published! Congratulation to our nine (TBD) students from Grade 3 through 5 who had their poem chosen and published in the book Eloquence.
The America Library of Poetry Contest is dedicated to the expression of creativity through poetry, a forum in which writers may share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, a poetry contest and the opportunity to see one’s poetry in print and on the Internet. The Student Poetry Contest is nationwide, with four divisions for students in grades 3-12. Each year they receive several thousand submissions.
Did you know that only a small percentage of students who submit poetry are published? In fact, less than 20 percent of all submissions are included in each year’s Student Poetry Collection.
