On Thursday, February 1st, the École community celebrated La Chandeleur, or Candlemas, a traditional holiday in France marked by the eating of crêpes!
Guests ate crêpes and buckwheat galettes prepared by the wonderful Breton crêpiers of By Suzette, and Celtic music completed the well-attended evening.
The celebration was, like our École community, was warm and festive!
