EINY’S BEAUJOLAIS GRANDS CRUS TASTING UPDATE
On Thursday, November 16th, on the annual release date of the Beaujolais Nouveau, we had our very own tasting of the Grands Crus of Beaujolais at EINY! Nefissa Sator, oenologist, presented a selection of wines, and captivated us with her detailed and fascinating presentation. The members of the EINY community enjoyed a festive evening that also served as a fond farewell to our families from St. Barthélemy, whom we hosted at the school in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.

Le jeudi 16 Novembre , à l’occasion de la sortie du Beaujolais Nouveau, Nefissa Sator, œnologue, a proposé une dégustation de Grands Crus de la région du Beaujolais. Sa présentation passionnante et très détaillée a captivé l’ auditoire. Les membres de la communauté de l’EINY ont passé une soirée conviviale et festive. Cela a été également l’occasion de souhaiter un bon retour à St Barthélemy aux familles accueillies à l’ école après le passage de l’ouragan Irma.
