6th grade – Participation in Theater Festival “Première scène” in January 2018
We are excited to inform you that our 6th grade class will once again be participating in the “Première Scène” Theater Festival at the Lycée Francais de New York, January 27th 2018, during the middle school segment of the festival.
This annual theater festival, hosted by LFNY, offers students form around the U.S. and Canada to perform a play. 400 students participate every year!
This year’s 6th grade class is already hard at work on their play during their Tuesday morning theater classes led by their teacher Franck Le Martelot. The play will weave together topics and ideas related to their studies this year, all in keeping the theme of this year’s festival: « Nature ». The entire faculty and staff are excited about this educational project.
